At Tikitii, we take pride in delivering quality products with care. Since our collections are produced in limited batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


No Returns or Exchanges

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns or size-based exchanges.
  • We encourage you to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered

Please email us at karanmalhotra2803@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A brief explanation
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Time Frame

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 2 days of delivery. After that period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


Refund Processing

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • It will be credited to your original method of payment
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
