Orders & Payments

Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • PayPal (if enabled)

Q3. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email us at karanmalhotra2803@outlook.com with your full name and order date.


Shipping & Delivery

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹1500 qualify for free standard shipping across India.

Q5. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Q6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon!


Sizing & Fit

Q7. How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size chart on the product page. Please refer to it before placing your order. For extra help, contact us.

Q8. Do you offer custom sizing or plus sizes?
We currently offer sizes from XS to 2XL. More sizes are coming soon!


Returns & Refunds

Q9. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you check the size chart before ordering.

Q10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Q11. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, but having an account lets you track your orders and save your shipping info for faster checkout.
